Jiggly-Rocket look with Shiro!

This Is my first tutorial... any feedback is GREATLY appreciated! I have included links for your convenience to the independent businesses referenced.

For this look I used the following
Face: Physician's Formula Healthy Wear SPF 50 Powder Foundation in Translucent light
and Physician's Formula Healthy Wear SPF 50 Bronzer in Light
Lips: Manic Panic lipliner in vampire red (or rich red) lightly and blended in
and rosy lip butter from herbal mineral
Eyes:
The All Natural Face Oily Lid Shadow Primer in Dark Buff
Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy
*note: All shadows used for this look were shiro cosmetics ^_^
Mew
Jigglypuff
Rattata
Articuno
Team Rocket
Hyper Beam
Erzuli intense black naturagel mineral eyeliner
Erzuli Black eyeliner pencil
Apply the following
Step 1: primer all over the lid all the way up to the eyebrow.
Step 2: a thin layer of pixie epoxy to the lid, inner v, and under the eye sparingly (I applied with my finger and a q-tip to the inner v and under eye because I'm a germ freak)
Step 3: mew to the inner v and a teency bit onto the lid as well as under the eye (see pic...not even 1/4 of the way each)
Step 4: jigglypuff all over the lid and blended well with the mew
Step 4: rattata under the lower lash line and blended it well where it met mew, as well.
step 5: aricuno !lightly! from eyebrow to brow bone
step 6: team rock in crease, graduating from small on the inner to wider on the outer. I also put a teency bit of mew above it very lightly, for good measure.
Step 7: hyper beam with a small domed brush to the upper lash line from inner to past outer lid creating a very light cat eye
Step 8: Blend everything well except the hyper beam on the upper lash line. It's up to you... but I blended the outer hyper beam to create a smokey cat eye
Step 9: Erzulie intense black gel eyeliner on upper lash line out creating a double wing on either side
step 10: Erzulie fat black eyeliner pencil to lower water line
Step 11: Boots no7 extreme length mascara in black
