Shiro Squirtle to create an elongated cat eye (defined crease?) and to outer 1/3 lower lashline (for good measure)
fyrinnae pixie epoxy all over lid
Morgana minerals Harbinger to lid
concrete minerals lithium mixed with water above squirtle
NYX jumbo pencil in milk to inner 2/3 lower lashline, inner v, and to highlight
e.l.f. liquid liner to upper lashline (extended out, to create wing)
100% pure mascara in black tea
Face was the wet n' wild natural blend pressed powder; applied with a small kabuki brush
Fyrinnae fluff to set
Cheeks were Meow Fetish (again)
Lips spell cosmetics in silence
